All ballots received by mail must be completed and physically brought into the restaurant. Upon arrival, participants must hand their completed ballots to the bartender, who will then place them into the designated ballot box. Mailed ballots will not be considered valid entries unless they are delivered in this manner.
Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; all such entries will be disqualified. Use of any automated, script, macro, robotic or other program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in this Contest is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification by the Sponsor.
SPONSOR'S RIGHT TO VERIFY:
All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity, eligibility and/or compliance with any provision of these Official Rules (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.
PRIZES:
PRIZES: There is one prize (collectively the "Prize") available to be won as described below.
"The Prize" consists of: One (1) package consisting of two (2) Tickets to see “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour” performance in Toronto, on Thursday November 14, at 7:00 PM. Prize includes all applicable fees and taxes.
Each Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be substituted for another prize, cannot be sold, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole and absolute discretion) to substitute any Prize for another prize of equal or greater value in the event the Prize is unavailable or for any other reason whatsoever.
PRIZE WINNERS SELECTION:
The draw will take place Monday November 11, 2024, 12:00 PM EDT in Acton, Ontario. The odds of winning "The Prize" will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received prior to the draw. There will be only one (1) winner. The draw will be by physical random drawing of a ballot whereby one winner will be selected. If the selected ballot is incomplete, the sponsor will continue to randomly select a ballot in this fashion until a winner has been selected.
NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF PRIZE WINNERS:
Potential Prize winners will be contacted within 1 business days of the draw. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not accept the applicable Prize or fails to comply with these Official Rules and requirements within once (1) day of being contacted by the Sponsor or its representative (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), such potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit all rights to the applicable Prize. Upon such forfeiture, no compensation will be given to such disqualified potential winner and Sponsor will have sole discretion to randomly select another winner from the remaining applicable entries for the applicable Prize (and, in such event, the notification and confirmation provisions stated in these Official Rules will apply to such new potential winner, with the necessary amendments).
Before being declared a Prize winner, each potential winner will have been required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, located on the back of the ballot. General Liability and Publicity Release pursuant to which the potential winner, among other things, accepts the Prize as awarded and fully releases the Contest Parties and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties'') from all liability in connection with this Contest and the awarding and use or misuse of the Prize. Failure by a potential winner to sign such requested documents or failure by the winner to comply with any terms in these Official Rules (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) may disqualify such potential winner and, if disqualified, such winner will forfeit all rights to the Prize. If a potential winner fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, such potential winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit all rights to the Prize. In the event of any such forfeiture, Sponsor will have sole discretion to randomly select another winner from the remaining applicable entries (and, in such event, the notification and confirmation provisions stated in these Official Rules will apply to such new potential winner, with the necessary amendments).
By accepting a Prize, each winner fully releases the Released Parties from all liability in connection with this Contest and the awarding and use or misuse of the Prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Without limiting the generality of any other provision of these Official Rules, by entering the Contest, each participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, participation in this Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of a Prize (if applicable) or participation in any Contest-related activity and/or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.
By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final. By entering this Contest, and accepting a prize, entrants agree that Sponsor can use their name, voice, town, city, province of residence, and/or photograph in any publicity or advertisement carried out by Sponsor, without further remuneration or notice, except where prohibited by law.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:

The Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due Contest related documents or prize notifications.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest in accordance with the letter and spirit of these Official Rules. Additionally, Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Official Rules) in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Official Rules. Sponsor, at its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Official Rules, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error or any kind, or for any other reason. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law. Subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations, these Official Rules govern all aspects of the Contest and are binding on all participants.
